How do I start a skin analysis?

After logging in, tap the "New" button in the bottom navigation (or top menu on desktop). Follow the guided flow to capture your skin image and receive instant AI-powered analysis.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to your Profile page and tap "Manage Subscription". You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

My analysis isn't loading

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. AI analysis requires online processing. If the issue persists, try refreshing the app or logging out and back in.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@skiniq.app with your account email and we'll process your deletion request within 48 hours. All your data will be permanently removed.

Can I export my analysis history?

Premium users can export analysis reports as PDF from the History page. Tap on any analysis and select "Export to PDF" to save a copy.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your skin images and personal information are securely stored and never shared with third parties without your consent.
